But if a mix up with our rental date so when we showed on a Sunday to get our rv we were locked out! That said, on Monday morning the manager was awesome, apologetic and didn’t charge us any fees. Really good facility, secure, and great service.

Sherry was so great to me and my friend, we are both storing our trailers there. Thank you Sherry!! If there's one thing that could be better is not being so tight in the rv storage area. There's not very much room for maneuvering your vehicle for backing in to space. You guys pack things in really tight.

I have had items stored here for 7 years. The management is super friendly and helpful. I liked the ability to go in and out by entering your personal code into the keypad. The location is well kept and secure. The rates did climb rather quickly the last couple of years, but other than that, I was extremely satisfied.

We have had our camper there for just over a month and we are very satisfied with our choice to rent here. The staff has been very friendly and they have gone above and beyond. This was also the best price we could find. The other day i had dropped off my camper and i could not find a ride home as i walked down the road trying to find a ride one of the staff who was heading home picked me up and gave me a ride home. We’ve been storing our trailer here for 16 years and never had a problem. Everyone has been friendly and easy to work with. The only negative is we were told our rent would never increase. In the last few years there have been multiple increases.

Very nice and helpful people. I had a bad experience once with another storage facility with a lot of hidden fees. Not here. They were upfront about a one-time $15.00 administration fee and that was it. Everything was as stated and advertised. Based on my research, this facility was about 20% less expenses for a comparable unit. I would highly recommend Cost Less.

My family has been using this place for years and years. It's very affordable and safely located away from town so I feel like my stuff is safe. The units that aren't climate controlled still stay cool in the summer. They also work with you during tough times so if you have to make a late payment, they are very understanding. I recommend this facility to all of my friends and family. My dad stored his RV here for years and it stayed safe, unlike some of the places around who don't monitor people coming and going.

This is my third year with them as I winter in AZ. Great staff and I feel my trailer is in the best of hands. Very secure facility and easy access 12 hours a day.

Good storage space for your RV on site live in managers, cameras wide variety of site sizes. One down side 10 ft sites for an 8'6" wide RV is very tight, no matter how good you are at backing.

I was so happy last year with the spot I had; my trailer fit very well and was easy to get in and out. This year was given a spot not as wide and not easy at all to get my trailer into. If the ones to my sides are not extremely careful I will have damage to my trailer and not be back next year. NOT TOO HAPPY.

Awesome job to Cost Less. Customer service is amazing on the phone and when you do all your paperwork for your storage. Storage area is very organized and security cameras everywhere for the protection of my travel trailer. I would recommend Cost Less when you are in the need of having to store something. Nice clean neatly arranged lot. Easy to get into. Although there was a slight problem with my scheduling, the mgr. gal had it all fixed and ready for us upon our arrival. Just filled out the paperwork, dropped the trailer and left. She's a sweetheart and I recommend the place highly.

I had some initial issues with getting access to the gate but Taylor and the manager were very accommodating and resolved it in a timely manner.
