I was referred to Rio Estrella Storage Solutions by my brother and my experience with the staff was supreme except for the one time I encounter the weekend staff (female) at the front desk, she was very rude and short with her answers when I asked a few questions, the next time I interacted with the same staff member her attitude was totally different much more professional. Over all my experience with the company was very good.

They arrived a few days earlier than expected and our new apartment complex couldn't take us in yet so my bf and I reached out to a few storage units and Rio Estrella Storage Solutions was a few blocks away from our new home and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute.
