I work every day except Sundays and couldn't get there before 6pm any other day. But I was able to set up Everything online.! Their final document signing thing is/was a little slow on my phone, but when I called customer service the lady was great and I was able to get everything ready to go for moving in the next day, a Sunday. And Monday morning Michael called me to tell me he signed on his end and emailed me the paper work.! Very easy, every one was friendly, and no mistakes or problems.! Excellent! Thank you.!!!

The best part about AZ Storage Inns on Sossaman and Main in Mesa, AZ is the on-site managers, Sherry Coloma and Ryan Amaral. They are personable, dependable, flexible, and take pride in their work and in the storage site. The second best part is being able to use a moving truck for one day for free. These two things helped me choose to rent there, and so far so good since then.

There's plenty of storage units here and there's more than enough space for two cars to drive by each other in between the rows of the units. Also the streets between the units do not end in a dead-end; this makes it more convenient if you need to turn around as there's actually another small path at the back of the units. The units were clearly marked and the area was easy to navigate to with flags being the landmark to indicate when to turn from the main road. They also have a gated entrance and funnily enough you have to enter a code to exit as well...
Sherry made this a very easy experience. We were not in Arizona and made all the arrangements from Canada. Sherry was very helpful, thank you very much.

The units are in great shape givin there outdoor units. You're stuff will get some minor dust. It was explained to me that the climate and conditions are prime for moisture. So protect your stuff accordingly for light moisture. Staff, and front office workers are very helpful and informative. Me and my family have been using this storage facility for quite a few years and been very happy.

On top of that the Management Team is the MOST Friendly & Helpful Couple I've dealt with. We have been using the storage units here off and on since 2012. Once when we had to move out of state... then again when we moved back and moved across the state. I have never had to worry about the security. They have cameras and it is very secure. Ryan and Sherry are a pleasure to work with and they were very happy to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking to store things for a short time or for a more lengthy time. Also, My wife was very please that there were no bugs at all.

This storage unit is ran by an amazing woman named Maggie. She is also very sweet and funny. This storage unit is also always very clean. I also like that there is 24 hour security and supervision so you know your things are safe, not to mention the great price of the storage unit itself. I was referred by a friend who told me the storage prices were reasonable and the manager was really nice. After speaking with the manager, I rented a unit. The prices are reasonable and the manager was extremely helpful, considerate and explained every aspect of the process well.

8/20/16 I just wanted to stop and say that I have rented many storage facilities over there years some good some not so much, but when I needed a facility quickly and close I was delighted to find AZ Inns on Sassaman Rd. here in Mesa, the lovely gal that runs the facility was extremely helpful and very detailed in assisting me with deciding on the correct size and lay out for my daughters belonging.
