I got married in December of 2020. My wife and I had to combine our respective households. I was looking for a place to store things we wouldn't be using. She recommended Arizona Storage. I was not impressed with the manager at that time. Since renting my unit there has been a new manager and her name is Karrie. My wife and I appreciate the way she has cleaned up the property. Carrie is exceptional at her job running the storage facility at Fort Apache. She is professional, attentive, creative and personal with each client. I've been in the office while she has been helping others and I was impressed at how she makes each client feel heard. Because of her, I stayed at Fort Apache to downsize my unit instead of moving elsewhere. She handled an issue with an oil spill from my neighbors unit into mine somewhat damaging my couch painlessly and professionally. The grounds are clean and tidy. She recently held a food truck event for the community. It was well done and a very creative idea to reach out for new patrons. Carrie is an asset to Arizona Storage and I feel very comfortable knowing my unit is being watched over by her.
Great place to rent a storage. The staff was awesome they took the time to drive me around and show me different size unit’s so I could find the perfect fit for what I needed. They let me use there moving truck for basically free. They are above and beyond any customer service you will receive anywhere else. The prices were great and the security top notch. I highly recommend this place.

I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed that when I needed to go through my stuff and get things organized I was told that I could not be there that long and I felt given the price that I am paying I should have access to my unit so long as the gate hours are obeyed. As soon as I have the means to do it I will be moving to a different location that allows you to spend any time you need during hours of operation in the unit you pay for. And they don't cost nearly as much as you are charging!!

This place "fits the bill". We needed a storage unit that was close and financially reasonable. And one time I didn't lock my unit properly. They called me personally to let me know, and then did a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. Very impressive service. I'm glad to highly recommend AZ Storage Inns.

I would like to say Arizona Storage East has been like family to me. I have been a customer since 2015. It has been costly, but Ive always had the piece of mind that my storage was safe. And Im still there & I still feel its safe.They have had a few changeovers in the managers, but its never stopped the courtesy shown with & by each one of them.I have never had the opportunity of meeting the owner, but I know hw knows the business & just how to run it as well. Thanks to all the ones that I have dealt with & the Owner as well. When your storage has your lifetime of memories it means a lot to know they are safe. God Bless
We had our unit for a little over 3 years. Jesse has been more then helpful. We finally emptied it out today. If you need extra storage I definetly recommend Arizona Storage Inns.

The management here is FANTASTIC!! AMAZING!! Not to mention, friendly!! Originally I reserved a 5x10 thinking it was big enough...it was clear first load over, a 10x10 was needed, it being late (I forgot to mention, he [think his name is Jim, don't quote me on that, lol] was helping me after they'd closed for the day, way cool, i came last minute) allowed us to sign updated paperwork and pay difference, the following day, allowing me to finish unloading into the right sized unit then. If that's not customer service, i don't know what is!! Jim (my apologies if i got your name wrong), THANK YOU for being attentive to customers needs, flexible, understanding, and accommodating, sincerely, I thank you!! GO HERE FOR STORAGE, IF YOU DON'T, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!

It is like most other outside storage units in the Valley. Employees are polite when I have interaction with them. The units are decently maintained. They do offer units with or without electricity. The dumpster fills up quickly so if you see it empty toss your stuff ASAP.
I came into the place at the end of the day with a real need to rent a unit for business needs. Jesse hung-in there and got things taken care of in a professional manner and took time to make sure everything was perfect for me. A great peace of mind. Thank you
Jesse has done an outstanding job of sprucing the facility up. We have stored our Lexus there along with Ski and golf gear for about 4 years without any problems what so ever. We highly recommened this facility especially for vehicles.

I have used this storage facility twice now over the last two years. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are always friendly and so helpful. I love the convenience of getting in and out in a timely manner. This is a well run storage facility.

I have to say that the staff is the nicest and polite . One of the cleanest facility we have ever been as well. We have a packing company and this is the 3rd storage facility we have used. Our experience with other facilities is usually rude and getting rate increases every year. Not at this place. Almost 3 years same price :-)

Gary is awesome! Every time I've called or been to the property I've been greeted by a helpful & truly genuine...actual person! Gary goes out of his way to help, I've had a few problems that could have easily ruined my day & if Gary was not there then my day would have been very bad. He fixed MY problems on both occasions. He didn't have to, after all I am the 1 who drove 60 something miles with the wrong set of keys. They have gone way out of their way for me a few times now & they didn't have to. I didn't even ask, they were just there to help! More (all) businesses should learn from this place. They definitely have the best customer service I've ever seen, by far!!! Thank you Gary!!

The manager's are awesome!!!! We went in to check out units closer to our home and they gave us a great deal. Gary and Irene Ranney are the BEST! They worked with us to give us the best deal on the size unit we needed. We moved out of our other storage place and into our new unit there and he had a worker come and help us unload some stuff.
