We have had our storage unit for about a year now and have had nothing but great customer service. Everyone in the office has been very nice and incredibly helpful. We feel that are belongings are safe and the storage facility is really clean. If you are in need of a storage unit, I would definitely recommend Fletcher Heights Storage Solutions.

I’ve had three different sized units at Fletcher Heights Storage, AC and non-AC and appreciate how most units are laid out for convenient access. The facility is kept clean and access hours are decent. Manger’s have always been helpful and friendly.

After storing items at other storage facilities, I find Fletcher heights to be an A+ facility.. The staff at the facility Adrian, Bob, and the manager, Dana, All three people are a perfect example of what , quality customer service should be. All go the extra mile for the customer! The facility is very secure, clean, and exactly what you expect when you rent space there. Remember, cheap is what you get when you expect cheap and quality is what this facility provides!!!

I've been here since 2010 and have never regretted using their free truck offer to move in! First of all, my garage looks awesome. No Christmas trees or decorations stored overhead or in corners! Secontly, my kids have come home and moved out numerously during the pandemic and the extra space has made that fluid environment a non event. Finally, the staff has helped me save money at every turn. Whether with insurance help, or storage size advise, or just friendly reminders of upcoming hours, they make the difference! Bottom line, I like this staff and facility!
