I leased a storage unit July 2021and have received exceptional service from the front office. The unit was clean and surpassed my needs. In the event I need another storage unit I will definitely lease from Germann Storage Solutions.

Germann Rd Storage Solutions is a great place to store an RV. We were visiting in the area and needed temporary storage for a short time. Anthony was great to work with for completing the paperwork and establishing access. The facility is kept clean and is well-secured.

Not going to lie.. the first step of reserving a 30 x 10 was a flop as the reservation did not stick I was offered a 20 x 10 as a temp fix and within a week, I had a 25 x 10 and life was good. Life will always come with problems, but the accountability as well as solution to remedy is all that matters and I give 5 stars without hesitation The property is well lit, clean and secure.. If they have a unit and you need it, stop reading this and reserve it because it won't be there for long!

I rented a space at this facility for about six months. I did minor tweaking to a teardrop camper I was working on. I felt incredibly secure with an inset door lock that is very difficult if not impossible to breach, the security gate, cameras and on 24 hour security. I can't say enough about Tony, he was always on site. Friendly and helpful making sure that people were well taken care of, property was tidy and safe. He went above and beyond with a helping hand. Thoroughly appreciated! Can't recommend this spot enough.

Staff is friendly and fully disclosed rates and fees with me. Reserving a unit online was quick and easy. I paid the next day ...easy and convenient. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is a staffer on site after hours of which I had a discussion with one day and he was very accommodating and courteous. My only complaint which kept me from leaving a full 5 stars was my inside air cooled unit was more dusty on the floor and side walls when I first received it and inspected it. I had to dust it out myself. Based on how much dirt I was able to sweep up, I felt that should have been done prior to me taking possession of the unit. Not a huge deal, but still. Otherwise, I would recommend this facility. :)

Germann Storage Solutions is great! Best storage facility I have stored with. Property is well taken cared of. They even have flatbed carts in each hallways of the AC units. I know my belongings will be safe in the monitored alarmed units. RV storage area is great my RV fits great in the large parking space. It is also well lit at night. I recommend to friends and family members often.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I came in at a busy time yet they worked through the rush and made it seem easy and effortless.

They have really good customer service! When we realized we forgot the dolly the guy who lives there helped us and located an old dolly of his to let us borrow. The storage yard is really clean and coupled with great customer service I would highly recommend!

August 1, 2020 we rented a 5 x 10. Anthony, manager was super friendly and quick getting us set up and into our storage unit. Bring a copy of your homeowners policy declaration with you to avoid having to pay first month of their insurance coverage. Anthony, showed us our unit which was very clean. Climate controlled units summer temp is at 78 degrees. Perfect. Pricing is almost half as cheap as Public Storage. Only con: Wish security code required to get into individual buildings. Security required to get onto grounds and security code required when leaving. Manager lives on property. Highly Recommend.

This place is amazing! Anthony was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Facility was clean, organized and secure. Looked at several other storage facilities for a 10x10 and parking spot for my trailer. This facility blew those other out of the water when it came to quality and price. I will only go here for now on.

This place is great, under new management and Anthony is awesome. I have been storing here for 12 years in climate control it is so convenient to drive up close to my unit. The hallways are shiny and spotless with plenty of hand carts to move larger items. I have referred many of my friends that Are now renting units and they say the location, cleanliness, helpful management and exits in and out are awesome. I highly recommend this storage facility .

Last minute needed a storage facility on a Sunday, which also happen to be Father’s Day. Storage solutions was the place. Great customer service, Cheryl was very friendly and explained and showed me (you) the premises. Very clean, good security. Would recommend this facility to everyone, worth the drive if live within 10-15 mi. Radius. Prices very reasonable.

I am so pleased that the top 5 storage units google found near me, did not have availability causing me to keep searching until I found this gem of a place. Not only did they have more than one unit in my size available, their pricing was half as much as everyone else and there was no add'l admin fees. Anthony is the new owner and Cheryl helps run the office and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, because of the low rating given to the previous owner, they have a deep hole to climb out of to build their reputation up to what it truly should be. Now that we've started moving our stuff in, we're even more pleased with the security and cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend Storage Solutions to family and friends & especially to anyone who is on a tight budget.

Under new management! Anthony is AMAZING! He rented a locker to us after our move from Texas and was friendly upon greeting!! When we were outside loading the locker, he even brought us cold waters! The staff and new management are great. The unit was spotless and the prices are very reasonable, too (used to be with Public Storage 👎🏻). Anything older than this review, about poor staff, should be removed because this guy is awesome! Keep it up! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

They are 45 minutes from my house but worth the drive! The best price I've found. In addition, they were patient and helpful when I called and then when I went in to sign.

The gentleman in the office was very friendly & helpful. The reason I am giving this facility 3 stars, instead of 5, is because they do not have an emergency contact phone number. The managers live on site, so to not provide a way to get ahold of them, in case of emergency, is incredibly irresponsible, in my opinion. Every storage facility I have used, in the past 30 years, has provided an emergency phone number.

I stopped in for questions and Joe, the assistant manager, was professional, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful. I will be using this location for all my storage needs.

I went in with my mom to look at units and Joe the assistant manager was great! He was professional, kind, and thorough. 10/10 would lease from here again.

Joe, the Asst Mgr was very helpful throughout the whole process. He showed me a few units to see which one would accommodate my things. He explained in detail the lease and other documents. I never felt rushed. The property was extremely clean and felt secure. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Love this place for RV Storage! Newly added RV Parking has separate gate for super wide turns and security camera everywhere! Staff is always helpful when I need something and pricing is reasonable. Germann is such an easy in and out location. Been at several other locations over the years and getting a large RV in or out in traffic or small areas is MORE than annoying. Highly recommend!

My parents just used this place today to store there stuff from a move from the Northeast and the facility is very well maintained and has great security. The man who works in the office is also very hospitable. He even offered us bottled water as we were carrying stuff outside in the heat into our unit.
