The on-site manager, Tony, is great to deal with and he made the interaction we had regarding some damage it was done when someone else hit the pillar between my unit and someone else's unit with their car, truck, or trailer. I went out there today and Tony made you an experience easy and painless to deal with the issue... The exact type of customer service you want to receive and the type of service that is missing in most places in today's age! We've been storing stuff here for over 5 years and never had an issue and of you need storage then this is a great place to do it.

Tony was very efficient and friendly. He reached out to me via email to collect my information so it was all ready to sign once I arrived and I was in and out of the office in 15 mins. Also can't beat getting a unit 2x the size for half the price that I paid at my previous location

I rented a 5x5 storage unit last week from A&S and could not be happier with how it easy the process was. I called and spoke to Dominick about what I needed and he emailed the information to look at. Once deciding to rent we went over to A&S, Dom showed us the unit and spoke about the security features of the facility. We went back to the office and Dom handled the paperwork very quickly to set everything up. I would strongly recommend A&S!

Welcome to America Project uses A&S Storage for our overflow and it is a nice, safe storage unit. We are really happy they can provide quick service when we are need of extra units.

There was no 10X20 when I first visited. Tony suggested a 10X15 and a second smaller less expensive unit for some of my extras. We tried and my car was to long. Tony took my information and provided me a direction to search but my heart was desiring a closer proximity to the airport with security. Luckily the third day (yes over a dozen locations) of my search Tony called and said he had a space and asked me when could I try it on for size. I was out looking for other locations and was there in under 30 min. AMEN

Please be aware that the gate hours have changed which is not reflected on the Google page. The new gate hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I like that all of the roll up doors to all the buildings are always open now and feel that the new manager's style will definitely keep my things more protected.

The location of the storage solutions is perfect right off the freeway and all units are on the first floor. Shirley was very helpful and accomodating. She arranged a storage unit that was conveniently located and the right size. She is very good at her job.

The people that run this place are SO great! My space is in a hallway that is super hot and dimly lit. They replaced lights for me, and came to me with a replacement code since mine wasnt working, and followed me out to be certain it worked. Thanks guys!!

Shirley was incredibly flexible and kind. Keep up communication with her and this storage business is like no other. Just know that the units will get very dusty and hot inside. I don't recommend storing anything valuable, meltable, or food. I did just that and my stuff was just fine!

Fast ,easy and a good lactation

I left my new RV at A&S storage whilst I was away for 3 months. Reasons this spot was great: 1. Right next to the airport. Closer than some airport parking. 2. No issues with the RV, and everything worked fantastically on my return. 3. Shirley is very customer focused and even offered a ride on the golf buggy with my bags to get back to the RV. 4. Great pricing. For all the above, this was also one of the most reasonable spots I found cost wise. 5. 24 hour access can be arranged - you just get your own bespoke code to get in and out of the compound. This was super helpful with the 6am flight I had to catch. Thank you Shirley and team!

My brother used A&S Storage in Mesa AZ for a long time but passed away 2 weeks ago, and Shirley and Julie there have been extremely helpful and compassionate during this time. Until I can make it to AZ to go through his possessions, they helped me get a larger unit at a fair price over the phone, to consolidate everything from his smaller unit into the larger one that I needed for his apartment contents. They've been very responsive and willing to help out in any way, and it was great to hear how much time they spent visiting with him when he'd stop by to share a few stories (he was a talker). Looking forward to meeting them in 2-3 months.

After dealing with different storage offices during my daughter's college summer moving, it was a Godsend Angel ,Shirley, that we met this time at this particular storage office on 2236 , 1st street, Tempe, AZ. A real breath of fresh air in the middle of everyone getting on each others neck... thank you for been a beacon of hope in this crazy world.

I am very pleased with this facility and it's staff. I have been using public storage units for several years now, and this is by far the best. The facility is nice, the staff is incredibly helpful and the cost is quite affordable. I have another unit here locally and I fully intend to transfer that unit here also. I could not be more satisfied.

Location is close to main streets and price is reasonable but negatives are the access driving in and out of this place is super narrow and the units themselves are smaller and hot in the summer.
